Snowdonia

We packed up a small tent and without booking anywhere headed to Snowdonia National Park in north Wales. We ended up in a super beautiful campsite in a farmer’s field in the hills above Harlech beach. We thoroughly enjoyed green hill views, the wild empty beach and our Cornish pasty dinner in the dunes πŸ™‚ We will definitely be back with our campervan, and perhaps attempt to climb Snowdon next time.

This was our gorgeous camping spot, Uwch Glan Farm. The weather treated us well with only a small shower in the early hours of the morning, the typical British summer when you need sunscreen, a warm jumper and a rain jacket all in one day πŸ™‚ We explored the area of Snowdonia, stopping as often as we could to take in the lush greens and listen to the echos of sheep bleating over the hills.

Note: Our clothing was kindly provided by Fat Face, which we have been wearing for years so we were naturally delighted πŸ™‚
Wearing: Andrea – blue hoody, dungarees, t-shirt; Michael – green shorts, t-shirt, green hoody, jeans, blue hoody
